The fact that Blaine Gabbert is not up there proves you know nothing.
How is Blaine Gabbert even a top ten prospect? He’s not nearly as good as Chase Daniel was coming out of college, and he doesn’t have superior physical tools to Daniel. Let’s not forget that the Tigers play out of the spread, so that doesn’t help either. Gabbert isn’t that good of a prospect anyways.
Gabbert definitely has a superior arm to Daniel, and has more athleticism than he’s given credit for. He hovers on the fringe of my top 15 at the moment, but every source I have says he’s staying in school, so his inclusion (or lack thereof) is really moot for me at this time.
As I said in my email to you, after contacting numerous sources within their schools regarding both Luck and Gabbert, early indicators are that neither will declare this season, hence their lack of inclusion.
Thank you for your comment.
Gabbert is #18 on my QB rankings, so maybe I’m missing something about a QB who operates primarily in shotgun in a spread offense that had a solid season as a starter last year.
Gabbert would have cracked my top 15. Has a good arm, makes reads well. Obviously is going to have transition issues not playing under center, but again, the source I have at Missou, coupled with every public quote he’s given saying that he’s staying in school, really leads me to believe he won’t declare early.
Wow…
you guys really missed on Andrew Luck. But I think everyone assumed that Jake Locker would have been better.
If you look in the comments above, we actually had Luck staying in school, and not coming out…unlike most other sites.
